    Tell your lawmakers to end the minimum wage gimmick and let the people vote!

    Last week, conservative lawmakers in Lansing introduced a bill designed to kill the minimum wage ballot initiative. Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville’s spokesperson even said the bill was designed to do just that – “negate the ballot initiative.”  We can’t let that happen.

    Too many people are working hard and still living in poverty – not to mention the hundreds of thousands of Michigan voters who have already signed a petition to put the issue on the ballot.  Don’t let conservatives in Michigan “negate” the public voice.  Write your legislator today and let them know exactly where you stand.
