Progress Michigan, electronic copies of all records reviewed by the House Business Office during
its investigation into State Representatives Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat.
‘The release of these records is important to the public interest as the findings of this investigation
may lead to the expulsion of elected officials who were elected by the people of their respective
Aistricts. It is vital for our democracy that all evidence be publicly available and reviewed prior to
the removal of an elected official.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will
exceed $50.00. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of
the requested information is in the public interest and the request is limited in scope.
